All orders placed through our website or in-person are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Payment is required as specified at the time of order confirmation.
For custom card designs, you agree to provide accurate information and content. You warrant that any images, text, or other materials you provide do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Design revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Grexalontrchep or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws. Custom designs created for you become your property upon full payment, though we may retain the right to display them in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates but cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
We take pride in the quality of our handmade cards. If you receive items that are defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Minor variations in handmade items are inherent to the craft and not considered defects.
Grexalontrchep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
